All products are custom made to order and can be available in different sizes which is why we prefer to discuss prices privately to suit your requirements.

*Please note that once an order is placed; due to each item being custom made, cancellations and refunds are not possible. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your product, we will endeavour to rectify the issue to the best of our ability and your satisfaction.
 

Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. One offer per customer / transaction only.

2. 24hrs notice is required for cancellation or rearranging of shooting. Failure to provide required notice will result in forfeit of funds / voucher.

3. Credit or Voucher can not be used in conjunction with any other special offer nor is redeemable for cash value.

4. Your voucher is valid indefinitely or alternatively, until the expiry date if one is shown. Extensions can be granted and must be applied for in writing before expiry.

5. In order to claim their voucher, all clients must agree a mutually convenient shoot date and location.

6. Vouchers are not refundable, however a transfer may be allowed if approved by Thom Newman Photography
